What is this?
It’s a confidential video call, or in-person office session. Many clients find the greatest benefit through four to eight weekly sessions. Here, we uncover and explore known and unknown deep-seated wounds, assumptions, and preconceptions that hold you in feeling ‘stuck’. Getting you back to living out a life of joy and purpose is our mission.

Meeting with people one-on-one has proven to be an excellent setting for getting to the root of their struggles, doubts, and underlying beliefs that hold them back. Life is hard. Sometimes it’s difficult to sift through all the noise around us to mine for nuggets of truth. I can help you find those nuggets that will get you ‘unstuck’ and back on the road of joy, contentment, and purpose!
Life can feel overwhelming, and thinking about our role in this great story adds complexity—sometimes, uncertainty or anxieties. Helping people to know this story and engage the rhythms God created is my daily pursuit. There’s much to unpack, and through which to think, about our purpose, destiny, and in deepening our love for God.
